Our Graduate Programme offers the perfect opportunity to take your first step into education. Spend 1 to 3 school terms working in a primary or secondary school as a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor, developing your classroom skills and confidence.

As part of the programme, you'll:? Gain valuable, paid experience supporting pupils and teachers.? Learn from experienced educators and see what teaching is really like.? Build your confidence managing a classroom and supporting learning.? Receive a prioritised interview for a place on our partner SCITT (School-Centred Initial Teacher Training) programme - setting you up for a smooth transition into full teacher training.
