• Pay: £175 – £250 per day (dependent on experience)

The RoleA forward-thinking secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a motivated Science Teacher to join their team from January 2026 on a long-term supply basis. The role focuses on delivering high-quality Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting pupils’ understanding and progress across the curriculum.You will take responsibility for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing learning effectively, and maintaining a positive learning environment. This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking for a stable placement within a supportive department.The CandidateThe successful candidate will:

• Hold QTS (or be an ECT)
• Have experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4
• Demonstrate confident classroom and behaviour management
• Be organised, proactive, and adaptable
• Show a clear commitment to pupil progress and high standards
