Teaching Personnel are looking for a Science Teacher (Part-Time) – NG5 Area
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: 3 days per week (Monday–Wednesday)
Location: Near NG5, Nottingham
Duration: Until February half-term 2026 (with potential extension)
Are you an inspiring and dedicated Science Teacher looking for a rewarding part-time role in the new year?
We are working with a welcoming secondary school near NG5 seeking a passionate Science specialist to join their team three days per week from January 2026.
Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 experience desirable.
Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with the national curriculum.
Foster curiosity, critical thinking, and enthusiasm for Science.
Work collaboratively with a supportive department to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have recent experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 advantageous).
Demonstrate strong classroom management and excellent subject knowledge.
Committed to inspiring students and helping them achieve their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
