Maths Lecturer

• Salary: £35-£40 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday

We are seeking a temporary Maths Lecturer to join a Further Education College in Hampshire. This role involves covering a sickness absence until the February half-term. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering GCSE Maths courses to students, ensuring high-quality education and support.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and effective GCSE Maths lessons to students.
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials based on the curriculum.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments and tests.
• Provide feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience.
• Maintain accurate records of students' attendance and academic progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience teaching Maths at GCSE level.
• Strong understanding of the GCSE Maths curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students in their learning.
• Organisational skills to manage teaching responsibilities effectively.
