Position: Mathematics Teacher

Location: Waltham Forest, East London

Contract Type: Full-time, long-term

Salary: £210 - £260 per day

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher to join a team at a well-established school in Waltham Forest, East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across all Key Stages and helping to develop our students' understanding of mathematical concepts.

Key responsibilities:

Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and challenging mathematics lessons across all Key Stages
Use a range of teaching methods and resources to ensure students' understanding and progress
Monitor and assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback
Contribute to the development of the mathematics curriculum and resources
Support and mentor students to reach their full potential
Collaborate with other members of the mathematics department to share best practice and develop innovative teaching strategiesRequirements:

Qualified teacher status and experience of teaching mathematics in the UK
Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching mathematics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best
Experience of working with students of all abilities, including those with special educational needs
