• Provide clear, impactful leadership of the Maths Department to drive standards and achievement

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stages 3-5

• Lead curriculum design, assessment, and departmental planning

• Inspire, support, and develop teachers to deliver outstanding lessons

• Use data and assessment effectively to raise student outcomes

• Collaborate with other curriculum leads across the trust to share best practice and innovation

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a Maths specialism

• Strong record of success in teaching and student progress

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate colleagues
